Andrew R. Webb

I’m an introvert that loves great history and behavioral science. So I thought I’d marry them. So far, I’m loving every bit of it.

I’ve spent the last fifteen years exploring how to design the essential behaviors that get results in personal lives and within organizations. I am currently at Stanford’s Behavior Design Lab and co-created the BCAT (Behavior Change Achievement Test) with Dr. BJ Fogg.

I’ve trained or spoken for Fortune 500 companies such as Delta, Marriott, Wyndham, and KPMG—ensuring each walk away with micro-behaviors they could use that day. I co-founded the Inspired Learning Group which transformed a premier mountain resort into a 60,000 sq foot experiential facility.

Oh, you want to know even more about me? I blush.

“I Dig It”

  1. Ice cold milk and chocolate chip cookies. Pure Americana!
  2. Horses and rodeos. In another life I was a steer wrestler with a handlebar-stache.

Bucket List

  1. Take my children to Africa to see Silverbacks and ride an ostrich
  2. Start a slang term that gets into Websters. That would be so “radicool”.

I’m The One Who

  1. Picks the exact right size Tupperware for leftovers. It’s kind of my thing.
  2. Uses an obscure quote in the middle of a conversation. It’s not like in the movies.

Leave questions, make comments, or even disagree. That would be fun. Don’t you think?
